That is why we are looking for you: an energetic and organized Office Manager who will be the focal point and support for our team of 5 brokers and our full-time inside sales representative....

What you will do. In this versatile role:

• You make sure the office runs smoothly: from agenda management and file control to client contact.
• You will support brokers in preparing sales files, appraisals, viewings and purchase agreements.
• You monitor deadlines, quickly interact with notaries, photographers and clients, and ensure that all documents are ready in a timely and accurate manner.
• You maintain overview, structure and atmosphere in the office.
• You are the first point of contact for incoming customers, suppliers and cooperation partners.
• You organize the communal lunch - for fun and team spirit.
