Q3 2019; Square metre prices in Amsterdam Oud Zuid stable
Our data reports show that the average square metre prices in Amsterdam Oud Zuid have remained the same compared to the previous quarter. Oud Zuid is doing slightly better than the other neighborhoods in Amsterdam within the Ring. The average square meter price in Oud Zuid is now €7558.
The various neighbourhoods within Oud Zuid show great differences. The square metre prices vary widely from €6872 in the Hoofddorpplein neighbourhood to €8815 in the Museum Quarter. The most expensive neighbourhoods experienced slightly falling square metre prices. In the Museum Quarter, for example, square metre prices fell by 3.5% to €8815, and in the Willemspark neighbourhood one paid €8232 per square metre, a fall of 2.5%. In the Hoofddorppleinbuurt, square metre prices rose by 4.4%.
